If you are hiring talent, crew, office personnel, web designers or
consultants on a temporary basis, Sound Check will make sure
that you are meeting all the State and Federal regulatory
requirements involved with Contract Workers.

Part time employment, in many cases, does not mean
Independent Contractor status.
Sound Check will advise you on your Contract Worker Status and act
as Employer of Record for any workers deemed to be employees.

Sound Check will:
º   Include W-4s on talent contracts and time cards
º   File all New Hire reports
º   File all matching taxes daily
º   Provide General Liability Insurance
º   Provide Workers Compensation
º   Provide Unemployment Insurance
º   File all necessary quarterly reports
º   Send every employee a W-2 each year
