and any other contract employment.

We can guide you through complicated union regulations and keep you compliant with State and Federal employment regulations.

º   Provide you with AFTRA, SAG, AFM and ACTRA signatory status in nearly all cases
º   Help you prepare talent contracts
º   Walk you through union contract interpretations
º   Negotiate celebrity and over-scale talent
º   Give you estimated costs for union sessions and talent residuals

º   Send out holding notices at least two weeks in advance of the
    renewal date on every union television commercial

    commercials that have expired
º   Provide and guide you through crew and contract employee timecards
º   Act as employee of record for all talent, crew and contract employees
º   Cover Tax Withholding, Workers Compensation, Unemployment, and
    Union Benefits
º   File all required State and Federal reporting forms and send out W-4s
    and 1099s each year
